You pay when you board the coach. No prepayment is needed.
How much is a ticket?
The price depends on the route and date. Your manager will tell you the exact price for your trip. Age discounts of up to 50% apply.
Which towns do you depart from?
From every regional centre of Ukraine and almost every town. Minibuses bring passengers from smaller towns to the main coach.
How much luggage can I take?
Usually up to 45 kg of luggage and 5 kg of hand luggage. Limits vary slightly between trips, so your manager will confirm them for your journey.
Can I travel with children?
Yes. Age discounts of up to 50% apply to children. Your manager will tell you which documents the child needs.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, you can usually bring a pet weighing up to 8 kg. Tell us when booking.
What documents do I need?
You need a valid international passport to travel abroad. There may be extra requirements for children and some countries. Your manager will tell you what to take.
Do I need to print the ticket?
Usually not. Showing the confirmation on your phone is enough. If a printed ticket is needed, your manager will let you know.
